Reflex Spinal Health are a family run, busy and energetic Chiropractic, Osteopathy and Massage Therapy Centre based in Caversham. Their continuing growth requires expanding their ever-growing team of passionate and dynamic Clinic Assistants leading to our current job vacancy.

The successful candidate would be expected to:
No prior knowledge of Chiropractic/Osteopathy/Massage care required as superb training will be provided initially and ongoing.
Current Clinic Working Hours
Shifts will be set between the below times on a rota basis
Monday: 7:00am to 8:30pm
Tuesday: 7:00am to 8:30pm
Wednesday: 7am-11:15am Team Training (12-2pm) 2:00pm-8pm
Thursday: 7:00am-8:30pm
Friday: 7:00am-7:15pm
Saturday: 8.00am to 5:00pm
*Please note that we may open Saturday afternoon’s and eventually Sundays sometime in the future.

The Clinic Assistant/Receptionist is responsible to the Lead Clinic Assistant and the Practice Manager.
Ensuring that confidentiality is maintained within the clinic regarding patient care, files, messages etc.
To work as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the smooth running of Front of House.
To be responsible for Front of House administration.
To be responsible for delivering the highest of standards in customer care.
Managing appointment diaries and money handling.
Daily liaison with patients including handling telephone enquiries, appointment bookings, checking e-mail and calling cancelled appointments etc.
Maintaining up to date patient details.
Typing up correspondence as directed.
To be actively involved in the promotion of the clinic and chiropractic/Osteopathy/Massage care.
Attend occasional weekend courses for training or events.

Working Hours: This is a part time position of 20 hours plus any additional hours to cover sickness/holiday/events. Additionally you will work a weekend on a rota basis. 1 in 3 or 1 in 4 Saturdays. This may evolve to a Saturday afternoon or even a Sunday in the future.
