We are VERY excited, and very proud of our ALL of out team members at Team Reflex. However, we are making special mention of several team members who were nominated, and have won awards at a chiropractic and osteopathy training event this last weekend.
Associate Chiropractor / Osteopath of the year Award
The fantastic Zoë Lofthouse, our chiropractor, won the Runner-Up award in this category. There are many chiropractors and associates working across multiple centres so it is fantastic to be nominated in the first place. However, Zoë was nominated and finished as the runner-up!
Zoë has been with Team Reflex for over three years now. She has a large, and growing, list of

guests who love her care and find her skilful adjustments highly effective. She has also begun to actively train the newer practitioners within our centre.

Hayley wins!
Our lovely Practice Manager, Hayley, won the Runner-Up award in this category!
Our Reflex Spinal Health Practice Manager, Hayley Munt, is simply brilliant. Hayley always keeps in touch with every member of our team with regular 1-2-1’s to ensure all are happy, healthy and well, and is fundamentally responsible for the whole clinic and performance. We (Andy & Laura) went away on holiday for 2 weeks and never worried once about the centre! Hayley always has a smile on her face and we have received so many lovely comments about her from Team, Practice Members, owners of other centres and more!

Clinic Assistant of the year Award
Well Done Sarah!
We still often get asked, “what is a Clinic Assistant?” Many people think that this is a role of receptionist. We do not think so as the role of the clinic assistant (CA) is vital to the feeling of the centre, to the customer service we offer, and to the wellbeing of the guests at our centre. It is certainly a much greater role than only answering the phone and filing!
Sarah Burrell is a Senior CA at our centre, and she made the shortlist of nominees for CA of the year. Whilst not coming home with an award this year, Sarah is certainly one of the award winners in our eyes! Sarah is totally conscientious, a stickler for detail who is always smiling, and when asked, always says “YES, i can do that!”. Sarah is a Super CA, and constantly entertains us, and our guests, with her smile and wicked sense of humour!
Personally i would like all of our Reflex Team members to be able to be award winners, but with over 30 chiropractic and osteopathic centres involved the competition is super high! I am very proud of our growing team, and of their passion and commitment to developing a world class centre, delivering the highest levels of chiropractic and osteopathic care in Reading, Berkshire.
